“SUFFERING FOR THE CAUSE OF CHRIST” In 1 Thessalonians Ch. 2:14-16, Paul provides some specific accounts of suffering within the church. In this passage, we see that God allows this persecution and suffering to reinforce in His faithful saints an accurate view of this life, as well as the one to come. He has a purpose behind all the challenges we face.
