In 1 Thess. 2:1-12, Paul lays out the criteria for distinguishing between a ‘ministry’ that is raised by man and a true ministry that is raised by God. When we dig into Scripture, we find a true ministry is not measured by conventional, cultural, and institutional standards. Rather, a true ministry is measured by the diverse challenges of ‘faithful endurance in one direction.’ In Part 3 of ‘The Marks Of A True Ministry,’ we will learn a true ministry is recognized by the dynamics of sincere service and love.
