In this session, we begin to introduce the doctrine of the Rapture. We explore the ‘imminency’ doctrine in this lesson. While the Rapture is a very important topic which God intends for us to find ‘hope’ and ‘comfort’ in, it is unfortunate that there is extraordinary debate and misgivings about it within the church. This lesson, and the next few which follow, will touch on some different views about the Rapture, but the main thrust will be on what the Bible clearly teaches several ways and in multiple places: the pre-Tribulational Rapture of the church.
